We routinely handle sound reinforcement for television, corporate events, trade shows and high profile productions in venues across the country. We know that when it comes to audio, it’s the people, not just the gear; and it’s this understanding that keeps clients coming back to us again and again.
A1 (Audio Engineer): An expert and highly trained engineer that is responsible for the audio system. The A1 directs the construction, placement, tuning, operation, and strike of the main audio system. The A1 may also participate in the pre-production of the audio design. This position is designated as; but not limited too, FOH engineer or monitor engineer.
A2 (Audio Assist): An audio specialist that assists the A1 for set-up, show, and strike. The A2 assists running cables, rig assembly for hanging audio systems, FOH or Monitor control, backline, stage lines (bands, etc.), wireless mic frequency control, and other duties that the A1 designates.
AV Tech Operate/Floater: A general AV Technician that operates or floats simple break-out room set-ups and general exhibit floors. Services end client and presenters. Ensures smooth meeting flow and assists with break-out rooms re-sets and strikes.
AV Tech Set/Strike: General AV Technician for loading/ unloading of trucks. Setting and striking equipment. AV Techs are mainly used for the setting of meeting rooms and exhibits and have a fair knowledge of audio, lighting, and video.
